1. Booking & Confirmation

• Appointments must be booked in advance and are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.
• Please provide accurate medical information when booking.

2. Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your slot.
• This deposit will go toward your treatment cost.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit.

4. Medical Disclosure

• Let us know about any medical conditions, allergies, or medications.
• Treatment may be refused if it’s unsafe for you.

5. Treatment & Results

• Some results appear in 7–14 days 
• Minor bruising, swelling, or tenderness is normal.
• Multiple sessions may be needed to reach desired results.

Liability Acknowledgement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks, including (but not limited to) swelling, bruising, asymmetry, and the potential need for additional treatment
• Results cannot be guaranteed and will vary between individuals based on factors outside the practitioner’s control
• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
• Responsibility is strictly limited to an in-clinic review and, where clinically appropriate, corrective treatment at the discretion of Theodora’s Aesthetics Clinic, Norwich, in accordance with clinic policy

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

6. Aftercare

• Follow all aftercare instructions carefully.
• Avoid rubbing or massaging treated areas for 24 hours.
• Contact us immediately if you notice unusual reactions.

GENERAL POLICY

1. Healing, Swelling & Bruising (IMPORTANT)

All clients must understand that healing is a normal and expected part of any aesthetic treatment.

• Swelling, bruising, lumps, bumps, and temporary asymmetry are completely normal for up to 2 weeks post-treatment
• Some clients may take longer to heal depending on individual factors such as body response and lifestyle
• Firmness under the skin may be present for up to 8 weeks, which is a normal part of the settling process
• Results observed during the healing stage are not an accurate representation of the final outcome

If you feel you may be unable to return to work, social environments, or daily activities due to possible swelling or bruising, this treatment may not be suitable for you.

You must allow full healing time before assessing your final results.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for natural variations in results or minor side effects.
• We will provide guidance or corrective treatment if complications arise.

• Self-treatment or modifying treated areas voids responsibility for results and excludes eligibility for refunds or free adjustments.”

   

8. Payment

• Full payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise arranged and paid prior to treatment.

9. Agreement

• By booking, you agree to these terms.
